Acceptance and scope

These terms apply to the Marhela website marhela.com, the office system the platform sets up, and the Marsad tool at marsad.marhela.com. By using them you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. The platform is operated by Marhela.

Registration and approval

• Submitting a registration request does not set up a system. We review the request and verify the recruitment licence by hand, and an office's system is not set up and no sign-in link is sent until the request is approved.
• You confirm that the data you give is accurate and that you are authorised to register the office.
• We may refuse a request if the licence or the data cannot be verified.

Office data

An office's data, and its customers' data, remains the office's. It is governed by the data processing agreement the office accepts when it registers, which provides that the office is the controller of its customers' data and Marhela is a processor on its behalf. The agreement is shown to you when you register.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform in breach of the laws that apply in the Kingdom.
• Do not try to reach another office's data, or to disrupt or break into the platform.
• Do not collect Marsad data by automated means or resell it. Automated requests may be blocked.
• The platform does not connect to government platforms on your behalf, and sends no message to a customer until a member of your office staff has approved it.

Marsad

Study results are estimates based on public sources and assumptions that the report states. They help a decision and are not financial or legal advice, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or the success of your project. Some of the data comes from Google Maps, and its use is subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service.

Fees

If fees apply to a service, we show them to you before you commit to them.

Intellectual property

The platform, its design and its logo belong to its operator. You may use it under these terms only. Your office's data remains yours.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change the service or stop part of it, and we notify you in advance of material changes.

Suspension

The decision to suspend an office's account is taken by a responsible person and does not delete your data. You may ask to end your account by writing to us. After termination we handle your data under the Privacy Policy and the data processing agreement.

Limits of liability

To the extent the laws in force allow, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you base on Marsad estimates. This does not limit any right that the law does not allow to be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute goes to the competent authority under those laws.
